Wellness Coach

As the Wellness Coach, you will be a key part of the member experience on the workout floor. You will be instrumental in building a welcoming atmosphere, supporting members, and creating a positive, healthy atmosphere for everyone.
DESCRIPTION
- Create and promote a member-focused culture and model relationship-building skills in all interactions
- Promote wellness programs in interactions with existing and potential members.
- Ensure equipment is clean and wellness equipment and supplies are organized
- Do regular facility rounds to ensure all to check on all wellness areas
- Ensure proper implementation of wellness procedures
QUALIFICATIONS
- Ability to regularly move to various locations in and around the entire facility
- Be able to lift 25 lbs. or more.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Bend or stoop to reach various height levels
- Required certifications: CPR, First Aid, AED, within first 30 days of employment and renew each year through the Y.
- 18 years of age or older.
